Raw Apple Pound Cake
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups apples - peeled, cored and diced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Recipe
- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c). grease and flour a bundt pan.
- cream together oil, sugar, and eggs. blend in flour, cinnamon, and vanilla. stir in chopped apples and nuts. pour batter into prepared pan.
- bake for 1 hour, or until done. cool.
