Slow-cooker Cajun Lamb And Vegetables

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 lbs lean lamb
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn kernels
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peppers and onions
- 1 potato, diced
- 3 yellow onions, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle buttery cajun marinade (i bought mine at aldi)
- 32 ounces water
Recipe
- 1 place the lamb in the bottom of the slow-cooker, cutting as needed to make it fit.
- 2 add all the vegetables.
- 3 top with the entire bottle of marinade, followed by the water.
- 4 you should be able to see the liquid at the top of the pot.
- 5 put the lid on.
- 6 cook on high for 6-8 hours, or until potato is done.
