Slow-cooker Cajun Lamb And Vegetables

Total Time: 8 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 lbs lean lamb
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn kernels
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peppers and onions
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 3 yellow onions, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle buttery cajun marinade (i bought mine at aldi)
  • 32 ounces water

Recipe

  • 1 place the lamb in the bottom of the slow-cooker, cutting as needed to make it fit.
  • 2 add all the vegetables.
  • 3 top with the entire bottle of marinade, followed by the water.
  • 4 you should be able to see the liquid at the top of the pot.
  • 5 put the lid on.
  • 6 cook on high for 6-8 hours, or until potato is done.
  • 7 yum!
