- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Recipe
- 1 marinate steaks in wine and spices for two hours.
- 2 grill on a hot bbq grill for 7 minutes on each side.
- 3 mix raspberry preserves with barbecue sauce.
- 4 add tabasco and pour over steaks.
