Macaroni Salad For 50

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 50
  • 3 lbs cooked ham, cubed
  • 3 lbs macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed
  • 6 cups chopped celery
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 (5 3/4 ounce) can pitted sliced ripe olives
  • 1 quart mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces western brand salad dressing
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 make dressing in a separate bowl.
  • 2 combine all ingredients and pour dressing over salad.
  • 3 refrigerate.
