Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) box pacific natural foods organic roasted red pepper and tomato soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can swanson chicken broth (33% less sodium version)
- 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro
- 2 (12 ounce) cans green giant southwestern style corn
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce) can kirkland canned chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons dried chopped onions
Recipe
- 1 heat red pepper and tomato soup in pot.
- 2 stir in chicken broth, rotel, onions, and corn.
- 3 cook chicken in frying pan, minimal oil necessary.
- 4 heat to boil, add chicken.
- 5 serving suggestion: 5 broken tortilla chips and a sprinkle of mexican shredded cheese.
