- 1/2 bacon dip
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (10 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
- 12 ounces cooked chicken breasts
- 4 roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup crouton
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, mix salsa, bacon dip and parsley.
- 2 in a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. add salsa mixture, toss until coated.
