Sunny-side-up Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
  • 10 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 spray bottom of 11x7-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 slice half of cheese to cover bottom.
  • 3 grate other half and set aside.
  • 4 mix seasonings with sour cream.
  • 5 pour half of mixture over cheese.
  • 6 layer cooked, crumbled, sausage over sour cream.
  • 7 break whole eggs on top of sausage.
  • 8 spread on remaining sour cream (dollop, without breaking eggs).
  • 9 top with remaining grated cheese.
  • 10 bake at 325ºf.
  • 11 for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
