Sunny-side-up Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 3/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 dash cayenne
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
- 10 eggs
Recipe
- 1 spray bottom of 11x7-inch pan with cooking spray.
- 2 slice half of cheese to cover bottom.
- 3 grate other half and set aside.
- 4 mix seasonings with sour cream.
- 5 pour half of mixture over cheese.
- 6 layer cooked, crumbled, sausage over sour cream.
- 7 break whole eggs on top of sausage.
- 8 spread on remaining sour cream (dollop, without breaking eggs).
- 9 top with remaining grated cheese.
- 10 bake at 325ºf.
- 11 for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
