Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed ripe mangoes
- 3 cups water
- 1/8 cup honey, to taste (or use 1/4 cup sugar)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- lime wedge, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 in a blender combine mango and water and puree until smooth. thin with more water if desired. add sugar and lemon juice.
- 2 blend again and serve in tall glasses over ice.
- 3 in the original recipe a thin layer of teguila is put on top. i think it's better without!
