Broccoli Cheddar "pie"

Ingredients

- 6 cups broccoli florets, thawed and chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mixing until well blended.
- 3 spoon into a 10-inch quiche plate or deep dish pie plate.
- 4 bake 60 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
