Southwestern Black Bean Cakes With Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs

  • 2 teaspoons chipotle chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons peanut oil, plus more as needed
  • 1 1/2 cups finely crushed tortilla chips
