- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons honey or 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tart apples, sliced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 pour sauce over apples; toss slightly.
- 3 refrigerate to chill.
- 4 sprinkle with additional cinnamon before servings, if desired.
