Strawberry-yogurt Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (16 ounce) package fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 1 (16 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • blend strawberries, bananas, half of the ice cubes, and yogurt in a blender on high until smooth. add the remaining ice and blend further until smooth again. serve immediately.
