Southwest Salad With Jicama

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar corn salsa
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 small jicama, peeled and chopped

  • mix black beans, corn salsa, pomegranate seeds, avocado, and jicama together in a bowl.
