Ingredients

- 1 lb veal, ground
- 1 lb lamb, ground
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 shape into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- 4 bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
