Cliff's Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes in juice
  • 1 slice white onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • remove the stems from the jalapeno peppers, and the seeds from one jalapeno. place both jalapeno peppers, tomatoes with liquid, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, and salt in a blender; pulse to desired consistency. serve
