Super Lite Grilled Cheese

Total Time: 4 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 slices light bread
  • 2 slices fat-free american cheese
  • butter-flavored cooking spray
  • garlic salt
  • ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 toast the 2 slices of bread.
  • 2 put the cheese slices between the bread slices.
  • 3 microwave just a few seconds until cheese melts (watch carefully).
  • 4 spray with butter flavor spray both sides of sandwich.
  • 5 sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • 6 eat while dipping in ketchup (it will be a bit dry so the ketchup helps with this, it's delicious or you could use pizza sauce).
  • 7 you can also put any veggie of your choice in, like onion, green pepper, fresh basil, etc), or sprinkle with italian seasoning.
