Slow Cooker Family- Favorite Beer Chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs ground lean lamb
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans in chili sauce, undrained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle bud light beer

Recipe

  • 1 in 12-inch skillet, cook lamb, garlic and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lamb is brown; drain.
  • 2 in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, mix lamb, garlic and onion and remaining ingredients.
  • 3 cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 8 hours.
