Slow Cooker Family- Favorite Beer Chili

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground lean lamb
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans in chili sauce, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle bud light beer
Recipe
- 1 in 12-inch skillet, cook lamb, garlic and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lamb is brown; drain.
- 2 in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, mix lamb, garlic and onion and remaining ingredients.
- 3 cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 8 hours.
