- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) jar apricot-pineapple jam
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle french dressing
- 1/2 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 cut each chicken breast into 4 pieces, flour chicken lightly. soup mix, jam, and dressing together. pour over chicken. cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
