Moms Simple Swiss Steak

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 beef round steak
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour and pepper.
  • 2 dredge the steaks in the flour.
  • 3 fry in a nonstick pan using no oil or butter.
  • 4 lightly brown both sides.
  • 5 mix soup and water together.
  • 6 pour in a large medium depth casserole pan.
  • 7 add steaks in the pan (don't stack them).
  • 8 bake at 375°f in oven for 45 minutes. flip once or twice.
  • 9 enjoy.
