Healthy Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 -2 cloves peeled garlic
  • 1 tablespoon diced shallot
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 -2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe

  • 1 place all except cilantro in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 stir in the chopped cilantro and serve over a fresh salad.
