Ingredients
- 1 -2 cloves peeled garlic
- 1 tablespoon diced shallot
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 -2 teaspoon honey
- 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- black pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Recipe
- 1 place all except cilantro in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 stir in the chopped cilantro and serve over a fresh salad.
