Cranberry Jello Salad W/ Port Wine

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) box raspberry jell-o gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 15 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup port wine

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve jello in boiling water- let cool.
  • 2 transfer jello into serving bowl- add all other ingredients.
  • 3 refrigerate until mixture has set.
