Raspberry Coconut Bars

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 2/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or vanilla)

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. press into a greased 13" x 2" baking dish. sprinkle with coconut, then drizzle with milk.
  • 2 bake at 350*f. for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. cool completely on wire rack.
  • 3 spread preserves over the crust. sprinkle with the toasted walnuts in a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, then stir until smooth.
  • 4 drizzle over walnuts. repeat with chocolate chips.
  • 5 cut into bars. refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until chocolate is set. enjoy!
