Banana, Honey, Soymilk Smoothie

Total Time: 5 hrs Preparation Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/2 bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch rounds, frozen (this is an important step!)
  • 1 cup soymilk lite (1%)
  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
