Rice Cereal

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup cooked rice (preferably brown rice, but any will do)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (light brown sugar is best)

Recipe

  • 1 put raisins and water in a microwavable bowl.
  • 2 microwave raisins and water for 10 seconds.
  • 3 add rice, cinnamon, and milk.
  • 4 microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • 5 add brown sugar and microwave for 30 seconds or until desired temperature.
  • 6 sit down and enjoy! you may want to use a spoon. :).
