Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
• 1 ready-made pie crust
• real homemade whipped topping

Recipe

• 1 mix ingredients together and bake in an unbaked pie shell. bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
• 2 top with homemade whipped topping.
