Southwestern Burgers

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 package low-sodium taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup mexican blend cheese
- salsa
- 8 hamburger buns
Recipe
- 1 in large mixing bowl, combine ground beef and taco seasoning; blend in.
- 2 shape ground beef into 8 balls.
- 3 make a well in center of each hamburger and place 2 tablespoons cheese in each well.
- 4 enclose the well and flatten into patties.
- 5 wipe grill with olive oil so burgers won't stick.
- 6 grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center.
- 7 place cooked burger on bun topped with salsa.
