Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato, seeded, diced
- 4 teaspoons red onions, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 chipotle chile in adobo, minced
- salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, sliced thin (chiffonade)
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- 2 the pico de gallo can be used immediately, or it can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. enjoy!
