Chipotle Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato, seeded, diced
  • 4 teaspoons red onions, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 chipotle chile in adobo, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, sliced thin (chiffonade)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 the pico de gallo can be used immediately, or it can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. enjoy!
