Ingredients

- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients with clean hands.
- 2 roll dough out into a"tube" shape on a floured surface.
- 3 cut into 1" dumplings.
- 4 drop dumplings into a large soup pot filled with boiling water.
- 5 boil 20 minutes.
