Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 cans low-sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup red wine or 1/2 cup water (i use the wine)
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a crockpot.
- 2 cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
- 3 serve over rice.
