Gloria's Lofthouse Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup margarine, melted (stick margarine)
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 with mixer on medium speed, combine the egg, margarine, mayonnaise, sugar and flour.
• 2 divide into 24 pieces and roll into balls.
• 3 place 2-inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets. flatten each with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
• 4 bake at 375° for 10- 12 minutes, or until cookies are done.
• 5 frost as desired.
