Low Fat Chorizo

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried chipotle chile, ground
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. mix thoroughly.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  • 3 when ready to use, fry in a hot skillet with a small amount of oil.
