Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried chipotle chile, ground
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. mix thoroughly.
- 2 cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- 3 when ready to use, fry in a hot skillet with a small amount of oil.
