Confetti Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine veggies, beans and garlic in a large bowl.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well.
- 3 pour jar contents over bean mixture.
- 4 toss to coat.
- 5 cover and refrigerate over night.
