Spinach Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach
• 1 (24 ounce) carton ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup sweet red pepper
• 3 eggs, beaten

Recipe

• 1 mix well.
• 2 turn into an oiled deep dish pie pan.
• 3 spread thinner in the middle.
• 4 can be served hot, warm or cold.
• 5 bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
