Rhubarb Sauce With Zest

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups chopped frozen rhubarb, thawed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 -3 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • 1/8 cup water, if using fresh rhubarb

Recipe

  • 1 combine rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch and zest in a saucepan.
  • 2 cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until mixture has thickened.
