- 1 cup caribe chile pepper
- 4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 5 lbs lamb chops
Recipe
- 1 mix first 6 ingredients in a blender.
- 2 put chops in a large pan.
- 3 pour marinate over top, turn to coat.
- 4 cover pan with foil.
- 5 refrigerate overnight.
- 6 grill or bake, covered, in a 325 degree oven until done.
