- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans whole kernel corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa, divided
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a 3 qt slow cooker, combine the corn, beans, and 1/2 of the salsa. top with chicken, pour remaining salsa over the chicken.
- 2 cover and cook until meat juices run clear. sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
