Lamb Chops & Hash Browns Potato Bake

Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 24 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups french fried onions
Recipe
- 1 brown chops; sprinkle with salt and set aside.
- 2 combine soup, milk, sour ceam, pepper and 1/2 t salt. stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup french fried onion.
- 3 spoon into 9x13-inch pan.
- 4 arrange lamb chops over top. bake covered at 350*f for 40 minutes.
- 5 top with remaining cheese and onions.
- 6 bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer, or until cheese has melted.
