Homemade Granola

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup calorie-free brown sugar substitute
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix brown sugar, oil, and honey in saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  • 2 combine dry ingredients in latge cake pan.
  • 3 pour sugar mixture over dry mixture; mix well.
  • 4 bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
