Homemade Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine flour and salt.
- 2 stir in water and oil.
- 3 turn onto a floured surface; knead 5-6 times.
- 4 divide dough into 8 portions.
- 5 on a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 7-inch circle.
- 6 in large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned.
- 7 keep warm.
