- 1 (7 ounce) can corn (drained)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 1 purple onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/8 cup minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 dice all veggies.
- 2 mix together, serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
