Ingredients

- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat, chunks broken up
- chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- crackers or cut up vegetables
Recipe
- 1 in small mixer bowl beat sour cream and cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed until creamy.
- 2 stir in celery, onion, and lemon juice, if desired.
- 3 fold in crabmeat.
- 4 garnish with parsley, if desired.
- 5 serve with crackers or cut up veggies.
