Sausage And Corn Quesadillas

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cavender all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 lb spicy bulk sausage, cooked,crumbled and drained
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients together; mix well.
  • 2 spread evenly on 6 tortillas.
  • 3 place sausage, cheese, chilies and corn evenly over the 6 tortillas.
  • 4 sprinkle with salt.
  • 5 top with remaining tortillas; press down gently.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees on a lightly greased baking sheet for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
  • 7 cut each quesadilla into wedges.
  • 8 serve warm.
