Overnight Refrigerated Oatmeal

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 (4 ounce) can of del monte lite peaches
  • 1/2 small apple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon walnut chips

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in a bowl. i use a tupperware container or something similar that has a lid.
  • 2 stir the ingredients.
  • 3 cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 4 in the morning, uncover and microwave 1 minute.
  • 5 stir.
  • 6 microwave 1 additional minute.
  • 7 enjoy!
