Overnight Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup mushroom, diced
Recipe
- 1 cook sausage, drain and cool.
- 2 beat eggs, milk and mustard. stir in cheese. break bread into cubes and add to egg mixture. add sausage. pour into 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. reheats well.
