Mississippi Salsa Dip

Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 limes, juice of
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, drain chop
- 1 1/2 cups scallions, finely chopped
- 5 teaspoons hot pepper sauce, to taste
- salt
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
- 2 add lime juice, garlic, cilantro, black olives, scallions, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
- 3 taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
- 4 chill until serving.
- 5 serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
