Mississippi Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 limes, juice of
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, drain chop
  • 1 1/2 cups scallions, finely chopped
  • 5 teaspoons hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • salt
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • 2 add lime juice, garlic, cilantro, black olives, scallions, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
  • 3 taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
  • 4 chill until serving.
  • 5 serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
