Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed
Recipe
- 1 mix chicken, celery, almonds, onions, cheese and salt.
- 2 add juice and mustard to mayonnaise and fold into chicken mixture.
- 3 put in a 8 x 8 casserole dish and sprinkle with potato chips.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
