- 1 avocado, pitted and halved
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- wasabi (optional)
- pickled ginger (optional)
- cilantro (optional)
Recipe
- 1 take a spoon between the meat and skin to loosen.
- 2 pour 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce over each half of avocado.
- 3 scoop out with a spoon and enjoy!
