Fusion Avocado!

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 avocado, pitted and halved
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • wasabi (optional)
  • pickled ginger (optional)
  • cilantro (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 take a spoon between the meat and skin to loosen.
  • 2 pour 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce over each half of avocado.
  • 3 scoop out with a spoon and enjoy!
  • 4 using optional wasabi or ginger to taste is a great healthy option!
